RETURNS POLICY

While SELARUE has a no return or exchange policy and all sales are final, we'd love to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / MISSING ITEM POLICY

All orders are inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. We ask that once you receive your order to inspect garments, beauty products, shoes (on a clean surface), etc., prior to trying on as we only accept returns in an unworn condition and in their original condition.

In the event that you receive defective or wrong product or you are missing an item, please contact us at customer@selarue.com within three (3) days of delivery and include your order number and a picture of the damaged item. We will send you a return shipping label via email. We will also pay the return shipping costs (for U.S. shipments only) if the return is a result of our error (an incorrect or defective item).

If we agree to accept your return, items that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original tags attached or shoe box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. We will then ship a new item free of charge (for U.S. shipments only).

If an item you are returning (due to a defect) is out of stock, you may exchange it for an item that is of equal or lesser value. If the value of the exchanged item is less, we will issue a refund to the original credit card. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once an order is received. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped as we receive them (typically 24 to 48 hours). Presale orders are shipped 1 - 3 weeks after the presale end date. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We typically aim for the following:

Domestic standard shipping is 3 - 7 business days

International standard shipping is 7 - 24 days

The customer is responsible for taxes or duties levied upon your shipment by customs in the destination country. 

At this time, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses and freight addresses.

If you received a delivery confirmation, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipper immediately.
